    近期大學陸續開學,不少新生體驗大學課程之前,搶先開箱「大學宿舍」,然而各個大學宿舍有如開盲盒,有些彷彿抽到下下籤,破舊寢室堪比「工寮」,有些學校卻像在天堂,全新裝潢如同「高級青旅」,讓一年一次的大學宿舍評比大會再次引起熱議。彰師大進德三舍如「工寮」 學姊驚呼:和37年前一樣一名彰師大新生抱怨,彰師大進德三舍寢室破舊如同「工寮」,不僅床板「一堆木刺」,只能用膠帶貼起來,連樓梯都只有薄薄的木板,爬上爬下相當不方便,讓她害怕得雙腳發抖。

    照片曝光後讓大批網友直言「是鬼屋吧」、「超爛的吧」,也有校友指出,這間宿舍與37前的「七舍」一模一樣,可見歷史已經相當悠久。一名網友則點出,彰化市房租就相當便宜,且住宿環境也比較好,學生住宿需求降低,才導致學校不想更新校舍。

    政大「自強七舍」滿滿壁癌、蟲害叢生!家長自嘲:只能將就點日前新生家長Amy日前在社群平台Threads上分享,帶著孩子進入「自強七舍」發現寢室內鐵櫃生鏽嚴重、蟲害叢生,連牆壁也布滿壁癌與漏水。對此,一名校友表示30年前也曾住在七舍,當時已經有點舊,如今看來「已經是破爛」。對此,校方表示為配合捷運環狀線政大站工程,因拆遷莊外宿舍導致校內宿舍房間數大幅減少,舊有校舍也難以騰出空間,承諾未來會加強調查宿舍環境,確保學生住宿品質。

    北教大走「純獄風」?水泥床板讓他瞬間破防一名國立台北教育大學新生分享,看見寢室環境後讓他瞬間破防,宿舍內的「水泥床」相比其他大學的宿舍,根本是走「純獄風」。畫面曝光後有網友一眼就看出是北教大,不過也有網友安慰說道「你比彰師大好一咪咪」。

    逢甲精彩校舍逼卡進房!裝潢漂亮「還有大陽台」一名逢甲新生分享自己入住逢甲精彩校舍,畫面可見他先用學生證逼卡進房間,接著映入眼簾的是木紋地板及淺色調裝潢,不僅有大客廳、大電視,甚至還有陽台,讓他不禁發出讚嘆聲,整層宿舍分成一間單人房與兩間雙人房,空間相當寬敞舒適。影片曝光後讓不少網友讚嘆「原來給人住的宿舍是長這樣」、「請問29歲可以重讀大學嗎」、「這飯店很貴嗎」、「同學別讓我羨慕很難受」。

    東海宿舍打造樓中樓!極簡風格宛如「高級民宿」一名東海大學新生分享入住東海宿舍的美好體驗,畫面可見裝潢走淺色木質路線,室內燈光柔和不刺眼,爬上樓梯到床鋪更顯得無比舒適,不僅有床頭閱讀燈,還可以拉起窗簾,打造出如同樓中樓的隱密空間,一旁還可以擺起心愛的玩偶,讓她高喊「你們看我的美麗小宿舍~~幸運寶貝了謝謝東海大學」。

    另名網友也分享校舍內部的公共空間,可見整體走極簡風,白色牆壁搭配水泥色地板,整體風格說是高級的民宿也不為過。

    貼文曝光讓大批網友稱羨,紛紛表示「跟我讀的東海怎麼不一樣」、「已破防會不會太好」、「我二校區怎麼有一個工業風」、「以前我們沒有這待遇,這太爽了吧」、「這什麼高級青旅」,而原PO也透露一個學期費用約為2萬多元。世新宿舍完成1人1床「心願」!公設完整「還可以打撞球」一名世新新生分享自己未來一學期將住進「新苑宿舍」,畫面可見寢室內部空間相當寬敞,不僅擁有超大衣櫃,連地板、桌椅、天花板都保持得相當嶄新,最不一樣的是床鋪是一人個單人床,相比其他宿舍使用床組,更顯得像在「住飯店」。此外,宿舍內還擁有多項公設,包含健身房、交誼廳、桌球桌,甚至還可以打撞球,如同高級的青年旅館。

    明天天氣如何?週四(28日)持續太平洋高壓外圍及偏東風環境,值得注意的是位於台灣南方、菲律賓上空的熱帶擾動(93W)逐漸往南海移動,外圍雲層水氣向北擴散來到台灣附近,在底層暖濕空氣較明顯的情況下,大氣狀態依然不太穩定,迎風面東半部有局部短暫陣雨,其中在花東沿岸、恆春半島的降雨機會較高;西半部地區則是持續會有午後熱對流雷雨,雖然少了高空冷心低壓干擾,但是局部地區仍有大雷雨發生的可能性,午後外出還是要特別注意天氣變化的情況。溫度持續偏高,大台北、西半部地區要注意背風面沉降增溫的情況,有36-38度高溫發生的機會。週五到週日(29-31日)有另一個高空冷心低壓要通過台灣上空,中低層仍持續受到太平洋高壓外圍偏東風影響,加上南海低壓擾動外圍水氣擴散移入,台灣附近的大氣潛在不穩定度將再度提高,東半部持續有迎風面短暫陣雨,西半部午後有熱對流雷雨,並有局部大雷雨機會,對流發展較為旺盛的區域有冰雹出現的可能性,雖然還是可以安排假日的活動,但是提醒午後要外出、或是要前往山區、溪流邊活動的朋友都要特別注意天氣變化的情況。溫度則是持續偏高,大台北、西半部有36-38度高溫機會,假日在戶外活動務必要做好防曬、防中暑的準備。展望下週,預期到下週五(9月5日)之前仍將持續受到太平洋高壓外圍偏東風影響,高空也將會再有冷心低壓經過的機會,午後雷雨仍是要特別注意的焦點,持續有局部大雷雨發生的可能性,溫度也將維持高溫炎熱的情況。下週末(9月6-7日)則是要注意台灣東方、東南方是否有熱帶擾動發展、靠近的機會,目前部分預報模式已經有看到這樣的預測,但是時間還太久遠,仍要持續觀察。以上氣象由 天氣風險 / 吳聖宇 提供
